Issue #34185: Will not let me talk to Walter to begin All That Money Can Buy quest

 
I loaded the patch and it made me talk to all the companions again even though I had done it previously. Attempted to speak with Walter at the Lodge but he is just sitting in a chair. I also could not speak with Matteo.
