Issue #34199: Outpost Intersystem Link Pad has liquid storage model instead of gas to represent its He3 supply

 
The Helium-3 tank on the Intersystem Cargo Link pad is represented by a small liquid storage tank model. However, Helium as an element in general does not freeze until -253 degrees C, which would entail much more than just a liquid storage tank. The model should be a small Gas storage tank pressure sphere instead to more accurately represent it, since gas storage is what is used for general outpost storage of Helium-3.

A proposed fix file for this has existed for some time which swaps the Activator model from liquid to gas. Apparently this has some minor clipping but IMO should be a viable enough fix until someone decides to try and fix the overall mesh/PKIN this is attached to.
