Issue #34210: Fort Hagen Satellite Array is clearable but cannot be cleared.

 
Exactly what the title says. Fort Hagen Satellite Array is a Clearable location, but the Location record does not track the one NPC in the location with a "Boss" Location Reference Type. Further, even if that actor were tracked, the location would only be clearable one time. This can be resolved by also adding the "Boss" Location Reference Type to the assaultron right next to the boss, which is enabled at the same time as the boss.

I've posted a mod demonstrating the issue and fix, which the unofficial patch is free to include if so desired.
