Issue #34243: POIVolcanicTundra09: Moonstone ingots missing enable parent

 
Two moonstone ingots (0600102E, 06001035) sitting on an altar in POIVolcanicTundra09 are missing the correct enable parent setting: ccBGSSSE025_ArcaneBlacksmithEncEnableMarker. This is a mistake because everything else sitting on the altar is linked to the enable marker.

When this fix is applied to an existing game and you happen to have picked up the two ingots previously, they (seemingly) remain disabled forever instead of respawning along with all of the other items in the area. It makes me wonder if it isn't possible to make this work retroactively in the case that the quest related enable marker has already been triggered. Is there any chance that a retro script is needed?
