Issue #34268: Barrels in HonningbrewMeaderyExterior01 - wrong ownership faction

 
There were four Black-Briar Mead barrels added by USSEP outside of Honningbew Meadery (see Issue #18826).

They all have the wrong ownership faction assigned. For obvious reasons, they should be marked as owned by HonningbrewMeaderyFaction and not RiftenBlackBriarMeaderyFaction.

The IDs for the references are: 070A7763, 070A7764, 070A7765, 070A7766.
