Issue #34283: Ahlam is a target for Further Study when Arcadia is still Whiterun's apothecary

Ahlam can be chosen as a target for Further Study (ccBGSSSE001_Radiant_2) even though Arcadia is still filling the role as Whiterun's apothecary (i.e. she's not dead). This is very likely to be a result of adding Ahlam to 'ccBGSSSE001_RadiantAlchemists' in USSEP 4.3.2. That being said, there's a possibility that the fix uncovered a vanilla game bug of some kind. It's probably a long shot, but maybe there's something wrong with the way the aliases are set up in DialogueWhiterun.

It's probably irrelevant and unrelated, but the fact that Ahlam is set up as a replacement for two NPC roles (Apothecary and Priest) is odd. I think she's the only such NPC in the game like that. It would have made a lot more sense if the developers had chosen Acolyte Jenssen as Danica's replacement, given that the needed audio recorded to perform that role exists for his voice type.

Note: This didn't break the quest, and I was still able to complete it.

As it turns out the issue isn't specific to Ahlam, so disregard what I said about the USSEP fix being involved. The quest is able to pick other apothecary backups too. Most recently, Hafjorg was the target of the quest in my game. [screenshot]

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like a bug that backups are valid targets if the primary is still alive. I haven't run into the same issue with Stocking Up, which is probably because it doesn't pick the target NPCs from a list like Further Study does.
