Issue #34324: Mead barrels clipping into shelf in Treva's Watch

 
Several mead barrels on a shelf in Treva's Watch are clipping into the top and back of a shelf. In addition to adjusting their placement, their scale will have to be reduced given that 1.00 is too large for them to fit properly.

FormIDs: 000FF6EF, 000FF6F0, 000FF6F1, 000FF6F2, 000FF6F3, 000FF6F4

I've attached a fix plugin that I made some time back for this issue in case you'd like to use it. Or if you have some other way to fix them that's fine too.
