Issue #34328: Counter lean marker at Viriya's stand has erroneous ownership setting

 
The counter lean marker (05000988) at Viriya's stand in the Riften Market is erroneous marked as owned by Madesi. As a result, she can't ever use it. Obviously, the ownership setting is supposed to be ccBGSSSE001_Viriya instead.

As it turns out, the idle marker's placement needs to be adjusted. Her arms and hands are in the air instead of on the stand as they should be. It looks like it needs to be moved down and forward a bit towards the stand.

Edit: The marker's placement is okay after all. What I was seeing in my game was apparently an engine bug, just like when actors sit or sleep in the air for no apparent reason.
