Issue #34334: Dark and Golden Arrows fired by summoned Daedra can't be recovered and don't clean up

 
Dark Arrows and Golden Arrows that are fired by summoned Daedra (Saints and Seducers) can't be recovered by the player. Additionally, they seemingly don't clean up like they should, even after the area resets.

Also, I meant to mention that I'm unsure how often the summoned archers miss when firing their arrows, but it does happen occasionally since there were arrows lying around in several places that I had visited previously. Apparently, the arrows they use are the unplayable versions, which may mean that neither issue can be addressed.
