Resolution: Can't Fix - Engine Issue

Issue #34351: Incorrect item ownership

 
The following items have incorrect ownership. They should have no owner but are assigned to "CrimeFactionEleos [FACT:0028B926]". Consequently picking them up counts as stealing

These are junk items as part of the 2x1 nova hab listed above.

These cannot be addressed because the data originates in the Blueprints master file which as of the November 2024 update cannot be modified due to the changes Bethesda made in the load order system.
