Issue #34389: The Ratway Warrens - Flickering Mesh and Small Gap

 
There is a flickering mesh and small gap (0009FB8D) in The Ratway Warrens.

Nothing serious but needs fix.

I’m still struggling to fix this. The room is really cramped and poorly laid out, making it very difficult to fix this without breaking something else.
