Issue #34397: TG04MercerOutroBranchTopic01 [0002CC42]: minor punctuation error

 
"No, it.. it can't be. I haven't heard that name in decades."

There should be three periods (...) after the first "it" in the first sentence instead of two. Very minor mistake, but it's still a typo.
