Issue #34406: Elevator button not attached to panel
After entering Dazra city from the spaceport, and walking to the end of the path, one finds a large cargo elevator. This elevator is broken at the beginning of the DLC, with an NPC working on it. Later in the DLC the elevator is fixed, and becomes functional, however, the up/down buttons on the elevator platform itself aren't properly attached to the control panel, clipping inside it when the elevator is in the lower position, and remaining at the bottom position when the elevator goes up.

I can confirm it. It's out of position for me too and behaves the same way. It seems attached to the whole moving portion of the lift, but is not positioned correctly.
They are off by a full floor as they sink into the ground, so the dev must have thought the helper 0108F99D was set at ground level instead of second floor when he placed the reference. I moved them up about 14.8Z, but they are persistent, so I won't be able to be sure until the next NG for functionality.
Can you send the fix module my way for additional testing? I have NG+'d recently and have not been to Va'ruunk'ai yet.
Here are both CK ESP and ESM Small, but it's not going to fix it.
Very strange thing going on and I'm not sure exactly why yet. Attached the ESP and Small ESM anyway so you can see what I was originally trying for until I looked into it further.
Duplicate dummy Activators that are set to Non-Interactive, opposite of parent 011580A7 marker. They both have the same exact coordinates as the Interactive button activators. While standing there and enabling 011580A7 via console, with my mod enabled, the buttons now go a full floor above the top floor, so 2 floors up. The only difference is I am not coming out of where you go through all the crap with becoming one of them in that cave. There is a human elevator 10 feet behind it with activator 0108F9A6 that takes you to the same exact destination and is enabled right from the start, so I have no idea why the cargo elevator is disabled. Anyway, setting the dummy, non-interactive buttons to opposite of parent 14 and the interactive buttons to enabled parent 14, along with setting the original coordinates, the buttons actually show up in the correct spot. So, I'm at a little bit of a loss as to why this is happening. I haven't gone through the cave yet but will try that soon and get back to you fellers.

A word of mention, when I originally found where the elevator mounted buttons were going, I hit the button on the ground level while the elevator was up and sprinted over to where they were hovering. They did go through the ground and I did TCL to verify they were indeed down there. Those buttons are only visible one way because of the mesh.
Went through the cave and completed The Promised, Broken. That end quest enabled the normal 011580AA marker and the buttons remained in the correct place with 14 as a parent. This tells me that the physics helper 0108F99D seems to be fine. I also see why the elevator was disabled, as I went back before talking to Ekris to complete that quest and there was a Citizen working on the button on the ground floor, which was disabled. So, enabling this elevator from the start is not the final solution. I'll just keep 14 as parent on mine until it can be figured out.
