Issue #34410: Hillcoutnry Power Relay not fully explorable

 
The Hillcountry Power Relay locations, located southwest of Dazra, will not move past 50% explored when hovering over the icon on the map. I've looked all around the location, even some of the smaller places around the location, killed all the enemies, looted all the containers, etc. etc. and it still wont move past 50% complete.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but I saw someone else on Reddit have this issue. Are the bars over the door in the location supposed to go away and it have an enterable space that just isn't opening up?
