MS02_LvlTurretShort_Origin 0016B96E & 0016B83F need Linked Reference Keyword LinkTerminalTurret to terminal 0013C8AC to match MS02_LvlTurretShort_Origin 0016B970 or they battle it out if you set allegiance/ally via terminal.

Second section of the Facility:

Turrets 0016B85E & 0016B842 missing linked to terminal 0016B857. 0016B842 is linked at the terminal reference 0016B857, itself, so it probably doesn't need it at the turret reference, but just made a note of it.
