Issue #34413: Layered Tee 0026DFBF Various Placements [NOTPLAYABLE]

 
The only thing I can gather is that this Layered Tee FormID 0026DFBF was wearable at one time, then converted to NPC only, NOTPLAYABLE, because there are about 7 different variants and ONLY this one FormID was used in numerous places. Adding them to inventory obviously makes them invisible weight.

Note, some of these references may already be fixed by you guys, I didn't go through all the searches on this site so some may be duplicate. Either way, I made all mine Clothes_Colonist_QuarterPaddedVest_01 Frontier Attire 0024EF64.
