Issue #34431: Various wilderness placement issues

 
00039794, 00042DCE, 00088FFA, 000D212D: Shrubs placed almost completely underneath the ground surface. I'm not completely sure these are bugs, but you can barely see a couple of them.

00067561: A tree needs to be grounded. It's hidden behind a large shrub and isn't particularly easy to spot.

000930B9: Moss has poor placement; likely intended to placed on a nearby rock or on the ground.

0009DB2E: Rock pile is floating on one end and should be rotated.

000D218B: Some flowers are floating.

000E9CD6: A shrub is placed higher than it probably should be.

I think raising those shrubs is fair, they're basically underground right now.
