Issue #34437: Driftshade Refuge: Silver Hand in final room respawn after C05

 
Three silver hand respawn in the final (boss) room in Driftshade Refuge well after C05 had been completed in my game. These three silver hand are fighting with the three regular bandits when you first enter the room.

Silver Hand: 0006A99C, 00076A52, 00076A53
Bandits: 090012DA, 090012DB, 090012DC

In this room, the Silver Hand are enable parented to XMarker 00077205 and the Bandits to 0906FEF0. I don't understand why the enable parent settings are different for the NPCs in the room versus those in the rest of the dungeon, but there must be a reason for it. All other Silver Hand and (USSEP added) bandits are linked to C05EnableMarker; the bandits have the 'set enable parent to opposite of parent' box checked. Something obviously wasn't set up correctly in the final room (USSEP Issue #17519), but I can't figure out what that might be.
