Issue #34466: Door 000DE7B2 in TheaterDistrcitExt02 0000E0F6 is too high in door frame

 
Door 000DE7B2 from in TheaterDistrcitExt02 0000E0F6 leading to Medical Center Station 000E214D has a large gap under it. The doors are placed too high in the doorframe.

See attached pictures showing the gap and other relevant info.

Actually, it seems the doorway is just larger than the door. So I scaled it up to 1.05 and dropped it to Z 922
