Issue #34492: Objects missing encounter zone settings in Folgunthur exterior

 
Some objects and containers are missing their encounter zone setting in the exterior area of Folgunthur. The encounter zone setting should be FolgunthurZone. Without the setting the references listed below will all respawn, which isn't supposed to happen given that Folgunthur in a no reset dungeon.

000A9E49, 000A9E4A, 000A9E4B, 000A9EBC, 000A9EBD, 000A9ED5, 000A9ED6, 000A9ED7

000A9E49, 000A9E4A, 000A9E4B (sacks) don't need the setting after all given that the base containers don't ever respawn. The other five (000A9EBC, 000A9EBD, 000A9ED5, 000A9ED6, 000A9ED7) definitely do, though.
