Issue #34493: Folgunthur: Several placement issues

 
000A9EBF: Enbalming tool placed below altar surface.

000A9ED6: Dummy dagger is also placed too low on the same altar and will fall through (needs to be raised 2-3 units).

000AD713: Urn clipping into a different altar.
