Issue #34501: Vasco no longer on crew list. Wont join.

 
HI,
This post on reddit captures my issue exactly and shows there are others with the issue over the last year https://www.reddit.com/r/Starfield/comments/16dybq3/i_cant_recruit_vasco_hes_stuck_in_the_lodge/
I now have married all 4 main NPC's, the last being Barrett. I think the wedding at the lodge broke Vasco's connection to my crew list. He is not on my crew list, so he sits in the lodge asking to join. When i select the chat menu to add him, nothing happens.
