Issue #34505: Ancient knowledge still not work on dwarven armor with unofficial patch v4.3.3

 
It seems that ancient knowledge still not work on dwarven armor with unofficial patch v4.3.3, while completing question "Unfathomable Depths", I noticed the item dwarven armor point is added from 51 to 64, then I continued doing other tasks, but later I gained another item dwarven armor, which armor point is still 51, I've unloaded and loaded it again, the armor point still didn't change, what's wrong? Is there still a bug in unofficial patch v4.3.3 ? I've uploaded my save file, the save has only two active mods, Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch and Unofficial Skyrim Creation Club Content Patch.
