Issue #34514: DLC2BlackBookSeekerMagicEffect [02034835]: Lower case of the word "magicka"

 
All spells cost <10>% less magicka. Enchantments are <10>% more powerful.

This has already been fixed at some point. If you're seeing the lowercase version, you have a mod conflict.

Also, just FYI, but your load order is probably wrong too since Dragonborn forms should start with 04, not 02.
