Issue #34524: USSEPBitterwitchJournal: Book respawns

 
"The Bitterwitch" book (079100FB) placed in the crate near the ebony ore node is flagged to respawn and will eventually reset along with everything else in the cell. Arthmoor said that wasn't intended to happen.
