There are four places you may see Hadrian Sanon's ship parked at sites you are at through the progression of the Vanguard quest line. The Tau Ceti II site in the quest where you first encounter Hadrian and her Anomalous Terrormorph quarry is the first. Second is on the spaceport tarmac at Cydonia when she meets up with you and Percival after you bring him in. Third is parked off to the side at the Xenowarfare Division/Terrormorph Management Division headquarters. Fourth is parked off to the side at Forward Base 441 at the Londinion ruins.
Of the four, three are made of what appears to be an incomplete pack-in, missing several parts to resemble a complete ship (the most conspicuous being a reactor). At Cydonia, it's a fully functional (if inaccessible) ship, a B-class Deimos Celestial. The malformed pack-in mockup ship instance has some resemblance to a Celestial in layout, but as mentioned before it is missing several parts and has a few wrong parts compared to what is parked at Cydonia at the end of "Delivering Devils". It may be possible to alter this pack-in to have a full mockup of the fully-functional Celestial at Cydonia.

Additionally, the ships should be despawned/disabled at Tau Ceti and Londinion after Hadrian leaves those sites in the sites' associated Vanguard quests. It already leaves Cydonia once Hadrian departs.
