Issue #34636: Beehives and Vacant Beehives aren't set to respawn

 
Is this a bug? Or an intended feature?

Beehives and Vacant Beehives are containers that respect physics. Thus, it seems a bit odd that they never respawn or reset. Are they set to never respawn BECAUSE they can be moved around?

In any case, the primary issue I have with this is how rare it makes Beehive Husks, which are supposed to be "Common" ingredients. The wiki says that the apiary (the "respawning" beehive in Hearthfire) doesn't provide Beehive Husks, so you basically have to hope an apothecary stocks one, then either load the patch or pick the Merchant perk.
