Issue #34700: When on Titan and attempting to purchase NG-20 Landers, the UI gets overlaid with the NG-15 Landers

Whenever I journey out to Titan and attempt to purchase the NG-20 Landing gear (new, not duplicated on an existing ship), the NG-20 gear images get overlaid/replace with the NG15 Landing Gear.

So, I decided to do my due diligence and try to isolate the problem. So, from the top ...

I verified my game files and updated all of my active creations (not that the latter matters, as I eventually disabled them all).

I went through the process of disabling one Creation at a time to see when (or if) the problem went away. Eventually, the problem cleared. The bad news, the problem only cleared after ALL my creations were disabled.

So, I reran the test again with just the Unofficial Starfield Patch active, and the problem returned (this is video 1: https://youtu.be/Iswzyg1qDEw). I deactivated the Unofficial Starfield Patch and ran the test yet again, and the problem cleared. (This is the second video: https://youtu.be/XWdpS-iIuV4).

Gentlefolk, it appears there may be a moth somewhere in your vacuum tubes.

The problem with this persistent recurring bug is that it is so inconsistent. None on the UPP team are being affected by this, and yet there are enough reports cropping up with the same pattern that it can't be dismissed out-of-hand, but it isn't an inundation of reports so it isn't widespread (trust me, we've seen that before). Our best shots at it involves extracting the NG20 effect mesh with the original bug we sought to fix from the game BA2s and reapplying the fix every patch now it seems. On that note, the USFP instance and the extracted-and-fix-applied instance from the verified integrity-checked BA2s of my install have different CRC32 sums, so something is being changed and flipping the table. But not on mine or other UPP team members. :headbang: My main ship uses NG20s so I'd definitely notice it when I recreate her after every NG+ rollover.
