Issue #34716: dunReachwaterRockEdict: Note doesn't use handwritten font

 
Ancient Edict (dunReachwaterRockEdict) doesn't use handwritten font like the other "notes" in the Forbidden Legend quest. I suspect that this was an error on the part of the developers.
