Issue #34749: Sarah Morgan's scene with Wen Tseng

 
Never runs, because COM_Convo_SarahMorgan_Trigger_NA01_Ref [00011BD0] is in the exterior cell NACommercialDistrict NewAtlantis worldspace (inside the unused building space), instead of the interior for UC Distribution.

Fixed by 34800 using the correct trigger box and keyword surrounding the appropriate doorway. It's a bit tight, as there is another citizen conversation triggered outside the same doorway. This smaller trigger inside the larger trigger works, as long as the player actually enters the door.
