Issue #34752: Several placement issues in Riften Jail

 
000A8C19: Bench clipping into a wall bean. Rotating it slightly on the Z-axis will fix the issue.

000A8C23, 000A8C37: Two mead barrels are clipping into the back of a shelf. They're also both facing backwards, which may not be a bug.

000A8233: Another mead barrel is clipping into the back of a different shelf. Given the limited space, scaling it down slightly may be the only way to fix the problem.

Fixed. I didn't change the direction the barrels were facing, that seemed intentional.
