Issue #34763: DLC01FortHagenSatelliteArrayQuest may have been left active intentionally

I suspect that the quest DLC01FortHagenSatelliteArrayQuest may be separate from DLC01MQ04 specifically so that it could be left active. In particular, the quest does three things:
  1. Manages the Jezebel/Ahab encounter
  2. Plays topical dialogue from Jezebel's head while you escape
  3. Manages unique items added by the quest

That third one is important - it means that with the patch installed, you risk the total deletion of the following unique items if you do not loot them at the time that you run through the hangar for Headhunting:
  1. Tesla Rifle
  2. T-60 Tesla Left Arm
  3. T-60 Tesla Right Arm
  4. T-60 Tesla Torso
  5. Salvaged Assaultron Head
  6. Sentry Ahab's Helm

There are also two other rare but non-unique weapons (the Assaultron Blade and Mr. Handy Buzzblade) managed by this quest which will vanish in the same way. I suspect that the quest was deliberately left running by the developers in order to keep these items available to players who choose to return to Fort Hagen. There's not really any technical or practical reason for this quest to have been split off from DLC01MQ04 otherwise, since everything else it does could easily have been handled as part of the main Headhunting quest with no negative impact.
