Resolution: Can't Fix - Missing Required Resources

Issue #34848: Missing alias set as topic condition

 
Topics ref 01114E6F and 0105FCD have an undefined alias set as condition, witch prevents their associated voice recordings from being ever played.

There are no recorded voice lines available to handle this, most likely because the dialogue conditions were invalid at the time they exported for recording.
