Issue #34869: Ruined book with odd placement (02014E69)

 
I can't tell if this was deliberate or if it belongs somewhere else. A ruined book (02014E69) is placed on a path in the wilderness. It was added by the Dawnguard DLC. The only location nearby with other ruined books is the exterior area of Frostmere Crypt, but that's not a DG dungeon. Was (or is) it intended to be connected in some way to Dimhollow Crypt?

Something else I thought of is that the remains of the Hall of the Vigilant is relatively close by. It is part of (and edited by) the DLC and has a number of burned books, so maybe it was supposed to go there.

It may simply be some random clue that you're on the right track to Dimhollow Crypt. No way to know. The placement isn't necessarily wrong.
