The six main conversations for the parents are all in a node flagged to only run if you're in the New Atlantis apartment. Where else would they be saying anything and do they actually leave the apartment at all?
I have never played with that perk enabled so I've never run into any of this.

Those conversations are OK, although they happen so frequently it's hard to get a word in edgewise. There should be a 1/2 hour timeout.
The subject is "Hello" lines.
Yes, the parents also appear at Honest Earl's Alien Extravaganza (The Stretch) on Akila. If you get anywhere near them, they wave and invite you over. If you jump the fence, Earl has some nasty lines. Dad mostly talks about the pathetic display. Mom and Dad tell you that Mom is at a non-profit business meeting. But Mom also says she is cooking your favorite dinner.
In the Astral Lounge on Neon, they don't say much, but mention they are on vacation. Dad is embarassed that you saw them there. Mom mostly says it is all legal over and over.
As for me, I've only tried the game twice, both times with the same traits: Empath, Dream Home, Kid Stuff.
(Kid Stuff is really useful in early game, but has some very annoying, badly QA'd conflicts.)
(Dream Home is useful all game, as the initial prompt takes you to GalBank where you are offered collection jobs, and its planet is a necessary jump anyway with the original ship.)
I've tested some fixes, but hadn't tested all of them yet. I'll package it up anyway later today.

I've figured out why the story manager scenes happen too often. The 0.5 "Hours until reset" is on each quest. That won't work, as they are "Do all before repeating", and the sum of them will always take more than 0.5 hours. The 0.5 should be on the Random Quest Node.

As mentioned in my second comment there, the stage tests have a copy and paste issue that can give the notes in the wrong order. I've fixed that by testing the proper stages.

Hard to test all the Hellos, but the location tests and some stage tests are fixed.
Also loop the Akila scene 4th prompt, on Dad's reaction. Haven't seen any other dialogue do this on the reaction? (The general convention is the loop is only on the bottom prompts, and the top three prompts are usually non-looping, so this follows convention.)
This is quite a few fixes, but not everything from 34224 and 34550 yet.
