Issue #34882: Fragmentation mine in raider camp counts as stealing

 
Southwest from Ticonderoga, there's a raider base at the bridge across the water. Close to where terminal for the turret is, there's an unarmed fragmentation mine on the ground (id is 1E479D), that counts as stealing if you pick it up, which might make a companion react negatively. The mine should not be marked as owned.

I also happened to notice this mine respawns when the cell reloads, unlike anything else in this raider camp.
