Issue #34930: Barrels on Honeyside Porch reset contents

 
There are two barrels (0010FEB3, 0010FECD) on the porch outside of Honeyside (near the docks) will reset their contents. I don't know for certain that this is bug, but given that they're enabled when Honeyside is bought it seems reasonable to assume they were meant to be owned by the player and not intended to respawn.
