These are reskinned DLC2TelvanniRoot meshes, meaning they had the same bad collision. Copy-pasted the fixed collisions from ussep into these meshes too.
Replaces inaccurate collisions with accurate optimized ones, fixes incorrect materials (STONE instead of WOOD, or STAIRS_WOOD in this case so npcs can navigate on top of them as well since they can be used as platforms), and fixes tangent spaces.
Unlike the telvanniroots, I think the 04 version IS used here.
