Issue #35010: Large gap underneath dirt cliff

 
There's a large gap underneath a dirt cliff at Lost Valley Redoubt (LostValleyRedoubt03). The FormID for the cliff is 000AE071. A FormID for the bush closest to the gap is 01001EAD.

Fixed, had to adjust navm to match (fixed some floating verts in the process). Double check to make sure I lowered the plants above it enough.
