This is the same error as in
Issue #29460, except with a different dragon mound. This dragon mound is the one in Labyrinthian in the skeletal dragon room. By the way, I continue to receive the error with the dragon mound (000A2F86) fixed in 29460 on a relatively frequent basis, so I won't be surprised if this one can't be completely fixed either.
