I'm aware this has been reported before, but I've attached a comprehensive plugin solution that can finally put this issue to rest. To summarize:
1. Irradiated food, Nuka-Lixir and Vim! Refresh (both regular and ice cold) benefit from Chemist;
2. RadAway benefits from Chemist, despite already benefitting from Medic, resulting in an extreme effect magnitude;
3. X-111 Compound, Curie's Healthpak, Vault 81 Cure and Glowing Blood Pack benefit from Medic, even though it's supposed to only work on Stimpaks and RadAway. A notable consequence for this is that Medic 4 reduces X-111 Compound and Curie's Healthpak's duration to zero, thus drastically reducing the magnitude.
