Issue #35139: Floating item marker in Solitude Hall of the Dead

 
0009CE9E: An item marker (for valuables related to Thieves Guild radiant quests) is floating above a table in Solitude's Hall of the Dead. This obviously causes the object to spawn floating in the air and not on the table. See the linked screenshot.
