The rubble in this section of the CIT Ruins is pretty messy if you look through the window . You can see a floating rubble pile (00084ce2), as well as look straight down into the void under the map. Could probably be fixed by blocking the window with more rubble or fill in the gaps with rubble to hide the floating object and the void. See image attached for the closest reference and the issue I'm describing. I was going to attach a patch too but I'm not sure how you guys will prefer to handle the issue.
There is also a small gap visible on a rubble pile just outside of the building, it has reference ID (00084a96). Image attached named OutsideRubbleFloatingGap.png to show the exact issue.
Furthermore, there are two gaps that show the underneath of the world on either side of a rubble pile (00084ba5) inside the building at the corners. RubbleGap1 and RubbleGap2 images attached show exactly where the gaps are.
Another gap in the landscape exists next to the corner of the CIT building (00139fe0), a pathway (000d09c1), and a trash pile (001875cb). Image named CornerLandscapeHole.png is attached.
Finally, there is a floating piece of landscape to the north of the CIT Ruins just next to the building. Reference ID (00185783). Image named LandscapeFloating.png is attached.
Solutions to these issues may need disabling upon the destruction of the Institute although I have been unable to test that far.
