Issue #35174: Floating Aluminum Can and Tire around Federal Ration

 
The Aluminum Can (001e8086) is floating on a shelf in the shack where Bethany spawns which is just next to Federal Ration Stockpile. There is also a Screwdriver (001e8087) that is hovering very slightly on the same shelving unit as the Aluminum Can.

The Tire (000ec310) is found floating above the floor in one of the shacks in the exterior of Federal Ration Stockpile.

Objects aren't precombined so should be safe to nudge down.

Only tested these on PC so I'm not sure if they are floating on Xbox.

There is also a chair (001e808c) outside of Bethany's Shack that is slightly floating above the ground. My apologies for not including it in the original Issue. I can make a new issue if needed.
