Issue #35189: Meeko never cleans up if he dies

 
Meeko's corpse never cleans up if he dies, which seems to eventually happen due to the predator and world encounter spawn points nearby. I think it may have something to with the related quest (dunPOITundraMarshDogQST) not shutting down correctly.

This should fix. It'll force the quest to shutdown if he dies.
