Issue #35206: Floating items on shelves at Solitude Docks

 
A number of items were seemingly not adjusted accordingly when USSEP made changes to the placement of two shelves at the Solitude docks outside of the EEC warehouse (Bug #33723). They will be floating unless they havok settle, which apparently doesn't always happen.

0009254E: Gourd floating and clipping.

0009254F, 00092550, 00092551: Cheese wheels floating.

0010B1BF, 0010B1C0, 0010B1C1, 0010B1C2, 0010B1C3, 0010B1C4, 0010B1C5, 0010B1C6, 0010B1C7, 0010B1C8, 0010B1C9, 0010B1CA, 0010B1CB, 0010B1CC, 0010B1CD, 0010B1CE: Wine bottles.
