Issue #35225: Missing voice line in a Deluxe Edition rumor

 
Voiceless rumor's text: "An old priest in Kvatch is worried about strange disappearances. He sounded quite depressed. How can we win if even the priests lose their faith?"
NPC giving the voiceless rumor: Vajhira at Hircine's Shrine.

Check to see if you have any mods that override Vajhira [NPC_:0001EC5D] and remove the AltVoiceFaction.
This line may not have been recorded by the original voice actors.

Ok, this may be a bug/oversight on Virtuos' part. I was able to find the recorded voice lines for other races and for male Khajiit, but not female AltVoice Khajiit.
It looks like they accidentally left the file out of the Unreal package.
I wasn't able to get Vajhira to give this rumor, but Boroneth would say it, so I changed her race to Khajiit and the line was silent.
