Issue #35238: Mannimarco doesn't make dialog

 
When going to confront Mannimarco all attacks go through him and you cant interact with him. You can't talk to him or hurt him. I believe he is supposed to use a paralyze spell and dialog happens but nothing does

If you have the UORP installed already then this should not be happening as there are 4 different fixes in the changelog for the old UOP which deal directly with these Mannimarco problems.

They are, however, fixes which will not help you if you've already run into the problem.
