Issue #35249: Greater Soul Gem Price Error

 
A vendor offers me 69 gold for Greater Soul Gems with a lesser soul in them but 87 gold for an empty one.

This seems to me to be intentional looking at the values on https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Soul_Gem
Filled soul gems are all valued based solely on the contained soul, and all filled soul gems are only more valuable if they have a soul at the max size or one lower.
