Issue #35265: The Lady of Paranoia - Kithlan Unresponsive After Torture

 
Tried torturing him once while he sat next to Syl. He stood up, sat back down, and then become permanently unresponsive. Reloaded earlier save. Torturing him outside the palace instead worked fine.
